2. What data we collect and why
2a. Discovery call bookings (Calendly)
When you book a discovery call through this website, you are directed to Calendly, a third-party scheduling platform. Calendly collects your name, email address, and any notes you provide. This data is used solely to arrange and conduct the scheduled call.
Calendly is the data processor for this information. Their privacy policy is available at calendly.com/privacy. Data collected by Calendly may be stored on servers in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry; performance of a pre-contractual step at your request.
2b. Email enquiries
If you contact us directly by email, we retain your name, email address, and message content for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and managing any resulting business relationship. Emails are stored within our email provider and are not shared with third parties.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest; performance of a contract.
2c. Website fonts (Google Fonts)
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com). When your browser requests these font files, Google receives your IP address and the URL of the page you are visiting. We do not control this data collection. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest in delivering a functional website.
3. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set any first-party cookies and does not use analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts. Calendly may set its own cookies when you interact with the booking widget. No personal data is processed by PrsnQA beyond what is described in section 2.
4. How long we keep your data
Email enquiries are retained for up to two years from the date of last contact, or for the duration of any business relationship, whichever is longer. Calendly booking data is subject to Calendly's own retention policy.
5. Sharing your data
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is only shared with:
- Calendly (scheduling), as described above
- Google (fonts), as described above
- Professional advisers (legal, financial) where legally required
- Law enforcement or regulatory bodies where we are legally obliged to disclose
6. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Access — request a copy of personal data we hold about you
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Erasure — request deletion of your data where there is no lawful reason to retain it
- Restriction — ask us to limit how we process your data in certain circumstances
- Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent, withdraw it at any time
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond within one calendar month.
If you are unsatisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
7. Security
This website is served over HTTPS. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect any personal data we hold, including access controls on email systems and regular review of third-party processors.
